- Supercard.com offers FREE Shipping on all orders via regular airmail and registered airmail. For larger or urgent orders, you are welcome to have your order dispatched via EMS Express for faster delivery. The EMS upgrade option is available via a selection box on the shopping cart page before you checkout.
In general, deliveries via airmail take approximately 10 - 24 business days, with EMS taking 3 - 5 business days for most countries including the US.
We will also automatically upgrade larger orders to EMS Express for faster delivery. This will usually be indicated at the shopping cart stage again when checking out.
For countries not served by EMS, DHL International Express will be used instead. In general DHL costs more than EMS so there may be additional express shipment charges.

- We are secured by a Premium SSL certificate to ensure that your personal information is encrypted and secure when you communicate with Supercard.com. We do not store any credit card information. All billing information is processed by PayPal.com, an online bank owned by eBay - and they are considered to be extremely trustworthy. PayPal is secured by multiple industrial security technologies including solutions from VeriSign.
We occasionally send out email promotions and newsletters to our customers. These e-mail are sent very sparingly. You can opt-in or out at any time.
We will never share your personal and private information with any 3rd parties, and any personal information collected by us is only used to properly process and deliver your order.
- Returns & Replacements

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee as long if you have purchased an item in error and return it unopened and unused. Defective products will be exchanged within this 30 day period also. Contact us and upload a picture or video file clearly showing the product defect and we will respond within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer care staff may also request that you send a picture of the original packaging to help you resolve any product or order related questions.
- Ordering
- Ordering is very simple on Supercard.com - just add whichever items you require to the cart, pay with your credit card or Paypal account via Paypal, and you're set. Next, wait for email confirmation that we've received your order, and that we've packed and dispatched it. You should then receive your order in anywhere from 3 - 14 days depending on which shipping method you've opted for. If you have any problems, please contact us and we'll help you resolve as best we can.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our pricing includes shipping (FREE Shipping!), and this is done to make everything as transparent and as easy as possible. Payment is via SSL Secured and encrypted methods via Paypal.com - none of your details are stored on our server, and all of our prices are extremely competitive.
We occasionally run promotions - you will find out about these through email newsletters that we send out - so subscribe where you can. You can opt-out of these whenever you choose by just clicking the 'unsubscribe' link that comes with each email - but we're sure you won't want to.
